Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and will not be delivered on Sundays or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but orders will always be processed and shipped within 3 days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak shipping seasons and/or extreme weather events. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We use the United States Postal Service for domestic shipping, always shipping with USPS Priority Mail (2 or 3 Day guaranteed depending on the area of the country in which you reside).

P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:  RaunchShop.com ships to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which includes P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We use the United States Postal Service First Class International Shipping for international shipping.  Customs, Duties: RaunchShop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Raunchshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  However, when possible, if the same item is in stock, we will process a replacement item. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
